My job is to untangle the sometimes frustrating anatomical puzzle behind injuries — whether that’s knee pain from running, a stubborn back problem, or something that just won’t settle down. You’ll find me at Hove Park Bowling Green Pavilion (a stone’s throw from Hove Park Café) where I focus on something simple: giving people the kind of support I’d want myself.
